Ingredients
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a loaf tin or muffin tray.
- Mash 264g of cooked pumpkin in a bowl.
- Add 150ml milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/4 tsp cloves to the bowl and optionally 15ml of maple syrup. Mix well.
- Add the Banana Bread baking mix and stir until well combined.
- Pour into the prepared muffin liners before baking for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Notes
You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
