Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a loaf tin or muffin tray.
  2. Mash 264g of cooked pumpkin in a bowl.
  3. Add 150ml milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/4 tsp cloves to the bowl and optionally 15ml of maple syrup. Mix well.
  4. Add the Banana Bread baking mix and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared muffin liners before baking for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
