Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a loaf tin or muffin tray.
- Mash 2 medium bananas (264g) bananas in a bowl.
- Add milk and optionally 18ml of vanilla essence before mixing Zanne's Kitchen Banana Bread Mix, until smooth.
- Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
