Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a loaf tin or muffin tray.
  2. Mash 2 medium bananas (264g) bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add milk and optionally 18ml of vanilla essence before mixing Zanne's Kitchen Banana Bread Mix, until smooth.
  4. Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
