  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a cake tin or muffin tray.
  2. Add 264g ripe bananas and 80g whole figs into a mixing bowl. Mash until very fine.
  3. Add 150ml of milk, and the sachet of Zanne's Kitchen Banana Bread baking mix, and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour into prepared muffin tray and bake for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before and serving.
