- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), and prepare a cake tin or muffin tray.
- Add 264g ripe bananas and 80g whole figs into a mixing bowl. Mash until very fine.
- Add 150ml of milk, and the sachet of Zanne's Kitchen Banana Bread baking mix, and stir until well combined.
- Pour into prepared muffin tray and bake for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before and serving.
